About the Role

* You will be responsible for generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activity.
* Attending and closing sales appointments to meet quarterly targets.
* Building relationships with potential introducers and referral partners to drive growth.


Responsibilities

You will thrive in this role if you have:

* 5+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment.
* Confidence in value-based/consultative selling.
* The ability to sell to different audiences, including Business Owners, Board of Directors, and HR Managers.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment attending a high volume of weekly meetings.
* Previous field-based experience.
