Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance SRI Executive’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. By leveraging a combination of thought leadership, digital content, events, and data-driven insights, this role ensures that marketing efforts align with organisational objectives and effectively communicate SRI Executive’s value proposition.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop a strategic marketing and content pipeline with input from key stakeholders. Provide continuous oversight in managing and refining the pipeline, working closely with the Marketing Executive.
* Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, develop, and coordinate 2–3 high-impact, multi-part marketing campaigns annually. These campaigns should integrate well-researched thought leadership, live events, video content, social media, and direct outreach, leveraging insights from subject matter experts. This will include copywriting/editing of materials to ensure high-quality outputs.
* Brand Implementation: Support the embedding of SRI Executive’s new branding by ensuring consistent representation across all materials. Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to monitor brand application, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and refine brand presence where necessary.
* Marketing Asset Management: Oversee marketing activities to drive the continuous improvement of SRI’s external-facing assets, including the website, social media channels, and content. Ensure that all marketing materials align with strategic objectives and enhance audience engagement.
* Data-Driven Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing Executive and Administrators to enhance the use of marketing data, integrating insights and feedback into ongoing and future marketing activities to drive performance and impact.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience (approximately 5 – 7 years) in strategic marketing, content development, and campaign management within an international professional services, executive search, or consultancy environment.
* Strong understanding of branding principles, with experience implementing and monitoring brand guidelines across multiple platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine thought leadership, digital content, events, and direct outreach.
* Experience overseeing website management, social media strategy, and content marketing initiatives.
* Proficiency in using data analytics and marketing insights to inform strategy and measure impact.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing materials.
* Exceptional quality standards, and a keen eye for continuous improvement and refinement.
