Leisure Centre Manager
The Leisure Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our state-of-the-art leisure centre.
1. Ensure high standards of staffing, safety, hygiene and performance are maintained across all aspects of the leisure centre's operation.
2. Create and maintain a friendly, welcoming and relaxed environment for all users of the leisure club.
* Prior experience in leisure management is desirable. A fully qualified lifeguard or NCEF qualification (or equivalent) and gym instruction certification are required.
* A positive, approachable and motivating leadership style is essential. Strong organisational communication skills as well as flexibility to work evenings and weekends are expected from candidates.
