Engineering Sales Representative
Dublin, Leinster - field based
€45 - 60k base + competitive bonus & company car
A great new opportunity has come about with this successful and growing HVAC company. They are hiring an Engineering Sales Rep to work alongside the Technical Sales Engineers and senior staff to continue customer growth across the Dublin/Leinster region. You are a door opener (within existing customers and with new customers), a networker, targeting clients across the commercial, hospitality and industrial sectors. You will be provided strong support on the administrative side as you build relationships, qualify and secure new agreements.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, researching, and qualifying potential clients.
* Secure new appointments through targeted sector approaches.
* Assess customer needs, budget constraints, and timelines to tailor solutions accordingly.
* Negotiate and secure new agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of 3+ years in business development and sales with strong target achievement.
* Experience in selling to facilities management companies, mechanical contractors, Construction or consultant specifiers.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Full and valid driving license in Ireland.
