Job Title: Team Lead
The Team Lead Contract is a Full-time Permanent Position based in Castlebar, Ireland.
Purpose of the Role
To succeed in this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service aligns with Government and Health Service Executive (HSE) Policy. This includes working autonomously and taking initiative to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead as the primary point of contact for existing services, guaranteeing compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
* Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support services.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must possess:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or Equivalent
* A Level 6 qualification in Management
* At least 3 years' experience in Supervisory or Management roles
* A car and full driving licence
