Job Title: Senior HR Administrator
About the Role:
As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading recruitment efforts for indirect roles, as well as assisting with direct hiring. You will also coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive start for new employees. In addition, you will support managers with performance reviews, feedback processes, and day-to-day HR queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and lead recruitment for indirect roles
* Coordinate onboarding processes
* Support managers with performance reviews and day-to-day HR queries
* Assist with employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinaries
* Manage employee benefits and liaise with external providers
* Help drive engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural activities
* Prepare HR reports and metrics such as absenteeism and turnover
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement across the HR function
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* A relevant third-level qualification (CIPD desirable)
* Strong HR systems experience (HRIS) and good Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to support managers and employees
