Key Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams.
* Strong cross-functional leadership, ideally in commercial, product, or digital roles.
* Demonstrated passion for customer experience and user-centric thinking.
* Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering against KPIs and improving profitability.
* Strategic planning capability with measurable impact.
* Results-oriented with creative problem-solving ability.
