We are currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join a busy and growing organisation based in South Dublin. This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to become a key part of a supportive finance team, with hybrid working available after probation.
The Role
This is a hands‑on position suited to someone with strong bookkeeping experience who enjoys working across all areas of day‑to‑day finance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Assist with month‑end processes and reporting
Support the wider finance function with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Qualified Accounts Technician or hold a relevant accounting qualification
Strong bookkeeping experience in a similar role
Must be working in Industry – not considering candidates directly from practice
Proven experience across AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and VAT
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Good systems and Excel skills
