Site Manager / Project Manager for New Build Apartments in Limerick
Our organisation is seeking a skilled Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new build apartment development in Limerick.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the construction process from groundworks through to completion.
* Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and construction practices.
* Lead a team of professionals to deliver the project objectives.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role, preferably on large-scale residential projects.
* Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
