As Supermetrics data activation and analytics capabilities grow, we are looking for a hands‑on Director of Solution Partnership Sales to build on the ecosystem and program that is already in place. In this role you will be responsible for building out the partner ecosystem globally while also driving increased partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced sales in partnership with direct sales teams. You will lead a team of Partner Sales Managers, Technical Partner Success Managers and Partner program and operations managers. Working closely with Regional Sales Leaders and sales managers, you will increase the services capabilities available to the Supermetrics sales teams and also drive increased pipeline generation and sales through and with our solution partners.
In this role you will…
* Formulate and execute the Solution Partner Sales strategy that aligns with Supermetrics’ vision and objectives. Develop a comprehensive Agency Partner strategy aligned with company goals.
* Work closely with Sales and Partners to ensure the development of the Solution Partner channel as a strong source of pipeline and a strong partner in selling solutions that solve customers’ problems.
* Build out and develop an active partner ecosystem that enhances market coverage while also providing partner services to our customers. Develop relationships with key partners globally.
* Manage and develop the existing Affiliate program; ensure appropriate engagement with high‑potential affiliates to develop them into the Solution Partner Program.
* Enable and motivate the solution partners to provide suitable implementation and maintenance services that enable our customers to succeed.
* Develop the Supermetrics value proposition with the Solution Partners such that they see Supermetrics as a critical offering for their customers.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media as needed.
This position is for you if you have…
* 5+ years of proven success leading a Solution Partner ecosystem, ideally in the ad‑tech / martech sector.
* 5+ years selling enterprise solutions to IT implementation services organisations, marketing agencies and/or large brands.
* Deep understanding of how IT implementation services organisations and marketing agencies operate and the value they get from data activation and analytical solutions.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
* Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack).
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
