Clinical Nursing Manager Role Overview
As a key member of the senior nursing leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care within a nursing home environment.
This role combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibility, offering an excellent opportunity for career progression. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and high-quality care.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the nursing home in collaboration with senior management.
* You will assume responsibility for service operations in line with legislation and regulatory standards when senior management is absent.
