We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operator to join our manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible for all goods incoming and outgoing from the warehouse and ensuring that all stock for the site is managed in an efficient manner.
Key duties
Oversee the movement of materials in and out of the storage facility, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Use the M1 system to record and report on stock levels, values, and movements, ensuring data accuracy.
Conduct scheduled stock reviews and cycle counts.
Perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies or areas of concern.
Work closely with the Purchasing Team to review open, overdue, and urgent orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to maintain production continuity.
Liaise with Business Unit Leads to confirm consumable demand and guarantee that all business units have the materials they need to operate without disruption.
Manage all outgoing goods and shipments leaving the warehouse. Ensure correct documentation, compliance with shipping requirements, and timely follow-up on deliveries.
Control and monitor warehouse vending machines across the site, ensuring they are stocked, operational, and usage data is reconciled.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and prioritize Health & Safety in all operations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Standardize inventory control procedures to maintain consistency and reliability.
Identify opportunities to improve stock control processes and warehouse efficiency.
Support additional tasks as required by management

Experience in a similar role.
