We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead the implementation and provision of quality care in our day ward. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing activity and resources within the clinical area, ensuring that patient care is delivered to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Care Management: Manage patient care to ensure the delivery of high-quality care using evidence-based care planning approaches.
* Leadership and Management: Provide high-level professional and clinical leadership, driving the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Care Co-ordination: Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, delivery, and review of service user care by all staff in designated areas.
