Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, values, and long-term goals.
2. Advise the executive team on fostering a positive and productive environment that aligns with company values and strategies.
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding program, and performance management.
4. Responsible for training and development, CPD program, compensation and benefits plans, payroll processes, and policies & procedures.
5. Manage the HR Team and further develop stakeholder relationships.
6. Foster a culture of integrity, respect, and professional conduct.
7. Support leadership development and succession planning.
8. Lead Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives to support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
9. Monitor metrics and ensure equal opportunities in hiring and promotion.
10. Oversee HR systems, records, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as Head of HR or senior HR leader.
* 3rd level HR Degree and CIPD qualification or equivalent. A deep understanding of employment law is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required.
* Able to be personable, outgoing, and work with a collaborative approach.
* Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
