This isn't your run-of-the-mill job in a shop – it's a full-time sales career opportunity, with an expectation that you will be able to hit sales targets and KPIs.
We are offering 40 hours a week with a basic salary and the potential to earn around €32,000 On Target, but if you are able to do more, we won't cap your earnings
As a Sales Associate with Bathshack, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success. helping them choose their bathroomware to complete their vision You will help ensure that all opportunities are maximised, following up potential leads to a conclusion.
A Bit About The Role….
* Welcome our customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.
* Confidently assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.
* Produce customer proposals.
* Process orders.
* Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.
* Exceed sales targets and objectives.
* Keep sales lead sheets up to date.
* Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.
* Effectively overcome any potential objections.
* Process telephone orders.
* Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.
* Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.
* Develop a good understanding of all the Bathshack product range and keep up to date with new products.
A Bit About You…..
* Reliable and professional
* A great attitude and motivation to work with our customers
* Experience in the use of MS office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Willing to develop a great knowledge of sales and the sales process.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Motivated team player
* Approachable
* Good problem solving ability
* Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident.
* Able to work during late night opening and Saturdays where required
* Willing to travel to Antrim for induction period of 8 days across 3 weeks (expenses paid)
It would be advantageous for you to have…..
* Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
* A great confidence in your selling ability
* An interest in interiors or a creative flair
* Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT
Preferred Requirements
* An understanding of the bathroom market Bathshack operates in.
