About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Stock Replenishment Specialist to join our expanding team in Naas. This is a key role that involves accurate checking of deliveries, proactive management of stock levels, and maintaining paperwork and documentation.
Main Responsibilities
* Acknowledge and process deliveries according to company policy.
* Manage large volume stock levels proactively to ensure efficient operations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock orders and movements.
* Book inter-store transfers and manage warehouse operations effectively.
* Investigate and resolve stock-related issues promptly.
* Support the rest of the team as needed to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a background in logistics.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork skills.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate messages clearly.
* A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
