Job Title: Talent Development Specialist
A talented professional is required to lead workforce transformation for our clients. Working alongside experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing Irish Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client delivery – oversee team project delivery to ensure it tracks as planned in terms of timings, quality, and cost. Deliver projects where senior resource is required, support projects from a senior perspective (e.g., attending meetings). Consulting on solutions in areas of:
- Competency framework design
- Workshop design and delivery
- Using qualitative analysis to develop behavioural and skills taxonomies
- Leadership assessment & development
- Job Architecture review and design to support compliance with Pay Transparency legislation
- Business growth – contribute to achievement of revenue target, mainly through strong client delivery and account management of own and teams accounts. Work with commercial colleagues in identifying client opportunities, developing proposals, attending meetings, and winning new business. Expanding services with existing clients, developing client relationships
- Team leadership – take the lead for different client projects and oversee upskilling of the team; coach team members and be responsible for keeping quality standards at a high level throughout the team
- Strategic thinking – contribute to where the business should be going based on market trends, wider technological advances, potential client opportunities, and other markets.
- Resource Planning – distribute work evenly amongst the team to ensure development of skills in other team members and excellent client service.
- PR and Marketing – speak at events or conferences, presenting on webinars and podcasts; work on case studies and articles for press to contribute to thought leadership; develop and maintain professional networks within HR community or industry associations.
- Internal Stakeholders – build and maintain strong supportive relationships with all internal stakeholders (R&D, Projects, Senior Management); make full use of support functions (GOC, Candidate Support, Sales Enablement, Marketing, HR, Finance) to help provide best practice to our clients and increase efficiency within the team. Contributing to cross-functional teams to join the dots between people analytics, assessment, L&D, rewards, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in consultancy/professional advisory
- People management experience is desirable
- Evidence of complex project management experience
- Strong understanding of psychometrics
- Understanding of total rewards philosophy is desirable
- Flexibility to travel as required
