Role and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues related to instrumentation products.
2. Diagnose technical problems with detectors, analyzers, or monitoring systems.
3. Provide guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Provide instrumentation design support primarily in gas panel and process panel builds.
5. Work with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve product issues.
6. Provide feedback from customers to help improve product design and functionality.
7. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to address pre and post-sales technical queries.
8. Provide remote assistance to customers and the global sales team.
9. Respond to urgent requests, such as critical system failures.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to methodically approach the process of product support, including problem diagnosis and customer satisfaction.
2. Technical qualification: Engineering degree would be a distinct advantage.
3. Experience with CAD would be an advantage.
