Logistics Administrator

* Daily Delivery Planning: Assist with planning and coordination of daily deliveries across multiple hubs.
* System Updates: Ensure internal systems are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Reporting and KPIs: Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team efficiency and effectiveness.
* Delivery Issues: Monitor and report on delivery issues such as missing or damaged items, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.
* Site Documentation: Maintain accurate site documentation, stock records, and other relevant materials.
* Customer Queries: Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, liaising with internal teams as necessary.
* Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
* Support Teams: Provide administrative support to the planning team and Operations Manager with reports, meeting notes, and other tasks.
* Compliance: Maintain compliance documentation for health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Audit Support: Assist with audits and system checks, providing accurate information and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Employee Management: Help coordinate employee absences, holidays, and time-sheets, ensuring seamless operations.
* Performance Records: Prepare performance and training records, contributing to employee development and growth.
