Job Title: Lettings / Property Manager Location: Belfast- Full driving licence required Salary and Benefits: Up to £32k per annum plus Bonus. Hours of work: Mon-Fri9am 5pm Employment Type- Permanent The Right Client- McQuoids are seeking a Lettings / Property Manager to join the successful team. The Right role: Manage the full lettings process from property listing, tenant sourcing, referencing, and tenancy agreements through to move-in. Ensure properties meet all legal safety requirements (e.g. gas safety, EPC, EICR). Handle renewals, rent reviews, and terminations. Resolve tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally. Property Management The Right Fit: Previous experience in a Property Environment is essential for this role. Clean UK driving licence and access to a car Excellent communication skills both verbally & written Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs and general use Third level qualification or equivalent in Property / Building Surveying Previous experience in a Lettings Management role.
