Employee Engagement and Leadership Development Manager
Cpl is seeking an experienced senior HR professional to shape organisational culture, drive employee engagement and develop leadership capabilities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Employee Experience Strategies: Enhance employee experience and engagement through regular surveys, action planning and creative activities to foster a positive work environment.
* Leadership Development Programs: Design and implement strategic leadership programs to build capability and embed high-performance behaviours throughout the organisation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years' experience in Senior HR capacity.
* Proven ability to design strategic programmes and facilitate organisational change.
* Strong communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with employee surveys, leadership frameworks and coaching methodologies.
* Relevant third-level qualification.
