The Marketing and Administration Intern will support the delivery of trade shows and exhibitions while also assisting with day-to-day marketing and supply chain administration. This role is designed for a Master's-level graduate (or final-year student) seeking practical, hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment and a fast-paced Marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing, NPD, and Sales teams, the intern will help coordinate digital promotion of exhibitions, prepare brochures and samples, manage logistics for European tabletop shows and two major international exhibitions, and provide broader administrative support across marketing and supply chain activities. This role will involve travel and is an exciting role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities include:
Event & Exhibition Coordination
* Coordinate logistics for European exhibitions and major international trade shows
* Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, NPD, Sales) to ensure products, samples, and materials are ready on time
* Manage exhibition timelines, checklists, and supplier coordination
* Organise booth setup requirements, freight, storage, and on-site logistics
* Provide on-site support at selected exhibitions, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
* Track post-event follow-ups, stock returns, and feedback
Marketing & Digital Promotion Support
* Work with the marketing team to support digital promotion of trade shows (website updates, email campaigns, social media coordination)
* Ensure brochures, datasheets, and promotional materials are current, approved, and available
* Assist with coordinating content and assets for exhibitions
* Maintain marketing collateral inventories
Supply Chain & Marketing Administration
* Support shipping documentation and coordination for exhibition materials and samples
* Liaise with logistics providers to track shipments and resolve issues
* Assist with stock planning and availability of samples for events
* Maintain records related to exhibitions, shipments, and suppliers
* Provide general marketing and supply chain administrative support as required
Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (spreadsheet, database) and ERP System
· Problem-solving and analysis skills
· High level of organisation and detail-orientation
· Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
· A good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
· Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise
· Excellent time management
Education:
* Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related fields
