* Providing front-of-house cover as required
* Managing postal correspondence and handling incoming/outgoing mail
* Handling telephone and email inquiries efficiently
* Supporting general administrative tasks including accounts processing, data entry, and record maintenance
* Assisting with meeting room bookings and coordinating visitor appointments
* Maintaining accurate files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
Key Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in reception or clerical roles
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
