Role Description:TheInvestment Banking Analystplays a critical role in supporting the execution of financial transactions and strategic advisory projects across mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt financing, and corporate restructuring. Working closely with senior bankers and clients, the Analyst contributes to all stages of deal execution — from initial pitch preparation to valuation, due diligence, and final transaction closing.
