Job DescriptionThis role is hybrid, 3 days per week in our offices at Parkwest Business Park, Dublin.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to lead and shape our Platform & AI Enablement team, Trailblazers. This role combines two critical missions: building our internal developer platform with paved paths and development portal capabilities, while pioneering AI-powered tools and practices that transform how our 300+ engineers build software.Our team's mission is to provide self-service capabilities to developers which drives quality, standardization, and velocity across the entire organization. We believe in the principles of Platform Engineering to identify the pain points impacting Workhuman product teams and enable those teams by providing common, reusable tools and capabilities via an internal developer platform (IDP).
