About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems across Ireland and internationally, primarily within data centre environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, repair, and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems including air handling units, chillers, fire dampers, kitchen extract systems, and associated controls.
• Deliver a high standard of service to customers, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to all statutory and legislative requirements, health and safety regulations, appliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide support across customer sites in the Leinster region and internationally (approx. two weeks out of every four for overseas assignments).
• Escalate any risk or compliance concerns to your direct report promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, management, suppliers, and specialists to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high professional standards at all times.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Applicants must be eligible for international travel, including possession of a valid passport and the legal right to travel to required destinations
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HVAC service technician role.
• Proven track record working on large commercial projects.
• Strong experience with servicing and maintaining a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments without supervision.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with VSDs, motor starter controls, and a strong understanding of BMS systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Electrical and mechanical building services experience is essential.
• Professional certifications in HVAC or refrigeration (highly desirable).
• Proficient in using PC-based tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
