We are seeking an exceptional analyst for Amazon Worldwide Capacity Planning, passionate about performance, capable of working with multiple stakeholders across geographies, and driving innovations in customer service.
Key job responsibilities include:
1. Managing global outsourcing capacity planning for Europe, working closely with partner networks to manage long-term and short-term capacity processes.
2. Collaborating with vendor management, headcount planning, finance, and program teams to ensure smooth capacity planning execution.
3. Building contact volume allocation plans balancing quality, productivity, and cost.
4. Coordinating with internal and outsourcing teams to meet service levels.
5. Managing dependencies and risks across sites and geographies, communicating expectations clearly.
6. Reporting and analyzing key performance indicators regularly.
7. Participating in global initiatives and project rollouts.
8. Contributing to automation and standardization projects within capacity planning.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Senior experience in Capacity Planning or related fields
* Business or financial analysis experience
* Advanced Excel and big data skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or related fields
* Operations research or BPO experience
* Experience with supply chain or customer service planning tools
* Programming skills for automation
* Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt
* Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environments while delivering results
