You are an experienced account sourcing manager with a strong background in integrated facilities management. You bring deep knowledge of the integrated facilities management landscape, including hard and soft services, workplace experience management and emerging technologies in facility operations. You are a strategic thinker who knows how to develop innovative sourcing strategies, enhance service delivery and drive measurable value for clients across a wide range of facility management functions. Your ability to align sourcing solutions with business goals makes you a key contributor to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements.
* You lead contract negotiations, deliver savings targets and manage sourcing and procurement objectives for the client account.
* Produce monthly and quarterly business review reports
* Manage supplier relationships and lead regular performance reviews.
* Support client satisfaction surveys and report on outcomes and improvement actions.
* Manage account resources and collaborate closely with the account director, facilities managers and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of supplier details, contracts and framework agreements.
* Support transformation initiatives, including audits, reporting and process improvements.
* Develop and manage the ESG strategy for the account, promoting sustainable procurement practices.
* Provide transition support for new account activities as needed.
* Monitor and report on KPIs, sourcing activity and supplier performance metrics.
Requirements
* Experience in senior procurement roles
* Ability to build and manage strategic supplier relationships across the EMEA region
* Excellent numerical and commercial acumen
* Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Proven success in managing complex FM contracts and service level agreements
* Knowledge of sustainable and innovative FM solutions to enhance operational efficiency
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant procurement and FM analysis tools
