Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, resolving queries and issues, and working closely with other teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls in a timely manner and respond to customer inquiries
* Follow up on queries with other teams/areas within the organization, where necessary
* Ensure that all required forms are completed for all inputs/letters/forms
* All issues/errors highlighted to Coordinator / Team Leader
* Develop & maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues & customers alike
* Be flexible and have a willingness to help team members & other teams where necessary
* Be familiar with all policies, procedures & authorisations relevant to a successful day-to-day role
* All Complaints & Issues properly escalated
* Know who your Customers are & be aware of their requirements
Requirements:
* Excellent team player with energy and commitment to achieving goals
* Customer service experience with a strong customer focus
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A flexible energetic and innovative approach to work. Ability to adapt to a changing environment
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
* Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills with good attention to detail with emphasis on getting it right first time
