Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices across HR functions.
Ideal candidate 5+ years of experiencewith at least 2-3 years in an HRBP role, in a busy SMEwithin a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
