Due to continued growth and plans for future growth, they are hiring for a new position of QA Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a 3rd level qualification in Engineering/Construction with a proven track record in a quality related role. It may suit someone in a site based Quality Lead role who wants to step up to the next level. The role will encompass; Implementation and maintenance of the company ISO9001:2015 system, Preparation of project specific Project Quality Plans for newly acquired projects. Mentoring and directing site QA/QC staff and site management in adherence to project quality plans Creation of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) document for scope of works. Development of Quality Control (QC) Test Packs per scope of works. Have knowledge of Digital Document Management Systems, i.e., Procore, FieldView, ViewPoint, SiteWorks. Be literate in Defect Management and Reporting software. QA Auditing of projects in accordance with the site audit schedule and Scope of works. Documenting findings and follow up actions in detailed audit reports. Creating an quality culture throughout the business ensuring all sites and staff are fully compliant.
