Executive Chef Role

Located just 10 minutes from the heart of Dublin City Centre and 5 miles from Dublin Airport, we offer a tranquil setting surrounded by fabulous golf courses and the sounds of lapping waters from the Irish Sea.
This role involves running a section of our kitchen efficiently and consistently. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure that dishes meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your area at all times
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
* Support junior team members and contribute to their development
