This role requires a highly collaborative, client-focused professional with strong account management capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.Understand client objectives, challenges, and brand vision to deliver strategic recommendations and tailored solutions.Lead regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.Brand Strategy & Execution:Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.Manage end-to-end brand initiatives including campaigns, product launches, and brand refreshes.Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.Account Management:Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring high-quality execution.Coordinate internal teams (creative, digital, research, production) to deliver integrated solutions.Track performance metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.Market & Consumer Insights:Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.Interpret consumer data to influence brand positioning, product development, and marketing strategies.Collaboration & Leadership:Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional alignment.Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative thinking and strategic planning.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a client-facing Brand Manager, Account Manager, or similar role .Strong account management skills with a track record of managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working with creative teams, marketing stakeholders, or agency environments is highly preferred.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
