Senior Clinical Expert
This is a challenging and rewarding senior role that requires an experienced clinical psychologist to provide advanced psychological assessment, formulation, and therapeutic interventions to adults experiencing complex mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for adults with complex mental health needs.
* Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, to promote recovery and well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care and support services to adults with mental health issues.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes, using data to inform service development and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
* Eligibility for registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) or relevant professional body.
* Significant experience in assessing and treating adults with complex mental health needs, including those with co-morbid physical health conditions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* A full driver's license and access to reliable transportation, as travel may be required within the catchment area.
