Responsibilities Manage the construction project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors to address project needs and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain reports on project status, including budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.
Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts as necessary.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
