Senior Development Project Manager - Renewable Energy Projects | Piper Maddox
Salary: €85,000 - 100,000 DOE + wider package
Piper Maddox are partnering with one of Ireland's leading energy companies to hire for a key role within their renewable energy division. The company has a long-standing track record in the sector and operates as a fully fledged independent power producer (IPP), developing, constructing, and delivering operational assets. You will work on a diverse portfolio of Solar, Onshore Wind, and Battery Storage projects.
Responsibilities
* Discharge of planning conditions post planning consent in the development stage and ensure adherence in delivery stages.
* Close liaison with the construction team to support the project through delivery, including procurement support for relevant EPC services.
* Manage key property and land transactions in both early and late stage development to ensure project feasibility.
* Track and manage project timelines and budgets, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
* 8-10 years of applicable experience in renewable energy projects, preferably with a developer/IPP background.
* Experience across utility-scale development and delivery is desirable.
