Clearstream - Your Career Partner
Clearstream is an international central securities depository (ICSD) within the Deutsche Börse Group. It provides post-trade infrastructure and securities services for the international market and 59 domestic markets worldwide, serving customers in 110 countries.
Cork Branch
Our Cork branch plays a vital role in supporting clients in their use of Clearstream's Fund Services (CFS) division. CFS enables banks and other investment fund distributors to move towards standardization, automation, and straight-through processing of investment fund transactions. The Vestima Service Design and Implementation unit with its Connectivity Services supports clients in making best use of CFS Connectivity Products, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Management, Product-, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on the day-to-day usage of CFS connectivity media and portal
* Provide support on their connectivity setup
* Assist clients in finding a solution to technical issues
* Train clients on the CFS connectivity products
* Build trust and loyalty of customers by taking a client-centric approach
* Work with Relationship Management and IT department to improve and promote Connectivity products
* Coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders
* Ensure up-to-date client status for stakeholders in a timely manner
* Ensure a consistent and good client experience throughout the process
Qualifications/Required Skills:
* Client focus is essential
* Very good organisation of work and multi-tasking ability while setting right priorities
* Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge and assume responsibility, capacity to work independently, as well under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Accuracy, curiosity, highly organised and flexible with problem-solving skills
* Interest in financial markets and open-minded approach towards IT infrastructure
* Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, analytical skills, and attention to detail
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* French and/or German is an asset
