Responsibilities
* Manage the complete project lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
* Prepare detailed project proposals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and external contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
* Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to schedules and resource allocation as required.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project status and compliance with safety standards.
* Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status and developments.
* Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
* Ensure that all work is completed in line with applicable regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is preferred.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
