Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the monthly payroll, processing employee information, and ensuring compliance with all aspects of payroll.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and administration skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. They will work closely with the Finance Team to achieve efficiency and productivity in payroll processing and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing monthly and quarterly payroll, including General Ledger entries
* Administration of employee information in the payroll system, including starters, leavers, and employee changes
* Processing timesheets, time amendments, and absences through the payroll system
* Administration of salary sacrifice, pension deductions, and pay increases
* Maintenance of accurate files and records of payroll-related information
* Support with Revenue returns and other statutory reporting
* General administration and correspondence with employees and external parties
Requirements:
* An IPASS or equivalent payroll or accounting qualification
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment
* Excellent IT and administration skills, with high attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
