Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic legal guidance on all stages of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including structuring, due diligence negotiations, drafting reviewing transaction documents post-closing integration.
* Advise leadership and corporate development on potential joint ventures and partnerships to drive business growth.
* Manage relationships with external counsel consultants other third-party advisors in connection with M&A transactions.
