We are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and drive our retail sales operation within a busy franchise dealership environment.This is a practical, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys being active on the showroom floor, managing the full sales process, overseeing stock, and maintaining strong operational standards.You will work closely with senior management to drive performance across vehicle sales, customer experience, and team standards, while contributing positively to the wider dealership team.Key ResponsibilitiesTake an active, hands-on approach with customers — from initial enquiry through to closing the sale and vehicle handover.Manage the full sales process including appointments, test drives, trade-in valuations, follow-up, and delivery.Handle finance applications and related documentation with customers in a clear and professional manner.Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and followed up effectively.Oversee stock control, pricing, and presentation of vehicles both online and on-site.Support vehicle sourcing and pricing decisions with a focus on stock turn, preparation timelines, and profitability.Manage and support a small sales team, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and a strong customer-first approach.Work collaboratively with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent standards across the business.What We're Looking ForProven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales role within the motor trade.Franchise dealership experience preferred.Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Commercial awareness around margin, stock turn, and deal profitability.High attention to detail with paperwork and sales administration.Comfortable using CRM systems and handling digital enquiries.Full, clean Irish/EU driving licence.What We OfferCompetitive base salary (DOE) + performance-based bonus.Company vehicle.Stable, well-established franchise dealership environment.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
