The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, delivering excellent customer service, and helping the sales team meet its revenue targets. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & CoordinationManage and process incoming sales orders, quotations, renewals, and contract documentation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline summaries for management.Track and follow up on open opportunities, renewals, and outstanding documentation.Customer ServiceAct as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, product information requests, and order status updates.Support account managers with customer onboarding, invoicing queries, and contract administration.Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Technical Support, Operations, Legal) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.Administrative & Operational TasksEnsure compliance with internal policies, GDPR requirements, and customer data handling.Support tender submissions, proposal formatting, and documentation preparation.Assist with organising sales meetings, demos, events, and marketing campaigns.Maintain internal sales files, templates, and knowledge bases.Skills & Experience Required2+ years' experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Support, or similar administrative role.
