Recruitment Lead - Maternity leave cover
Duties:
* Manage the recruitment from end to end across both Waterford manufacturing plant and the Dublin office
* Attend & coordinate recruitment and career fairs throughout the year
* Attend school events to present on career opportunities in our company
* Liaise with hiring managers ranging from VP, Directors to SME's across the site.
* Schedule references and pre-employment medicals
* Be involved in both the virtual and face to face interviews on site
* Onboard new hires
* Assist the HRBP's in HR tasks
* Update our social media posts on LinkedIn & coordinate the advertising & marketing of our company from a recruitment point of view
* Manage the graduate program across the year, from intake to activity days, presentations, internal secondments and international placements.
* Lead on various other projects on site in both Waterford and Dublin
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in human resources or relevant degree is a must
* 5 + years of experience within a recruiting capacity
* Experience working in-house recruitment is desirable
* Project Management skills is desirable
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
