To support the day-to-day operations of the facilities team, ensuring the workplace is safe, well-maintained, and running efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career in facilities or office management.Key Responsibilities:Assist with coordinating maintenance and repairs.Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of office spaces.Report and follow up on facility-related issues.Maintain records of maintenance schedules and service reports.Process purchase orders and invoices.Support reception duties when needed.Help ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Participate in safety checks and audits.Communicate with service providers for routine tasks.Schedule appointments and follow up on service delivery.Support the planning and coordination of new branch refurbishments and signage installations.Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure design elements align with corporate identity guidelines.Help source furnishings, signage, and materials that meet brand standards.Maintain documentation and visuals related to design specifications and approvals.Participate in site visits and provide feedback on layout and branding consistency.Qualifications & Skills:Education or experience in facilities management preferred.Strong organisational and communication skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Interest in facilities, property, or office management.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed termLicence/Certification:B Driving Licence (preferred)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
