Bring your full marketing kudos & energy to this role to step change our LEGO Girls first plans & themes: ideate, deliver & optimise creative & impactful campaigns for our kids audience. Partner with some of the biggest IPs out there: from Disney, Warner & Universal, to deliver unforgettable experiences and contribute to our mission: to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through play. Core Responsibilities:

Brand Planning and Implementation

* Define & implement the UKI Girls audience priorities, KPIs & campaigns to meet kids objectives.
* Contribute to the UK/Ireland Kids Marketing Strategy development, including objective setting and consumer communication planning, ensuring effective execution for LEGO Girls themes.
* Implement innovative marketing strategies & activations to enhance brand equity and build active consumers (penetration), re-activation (repeat purchase), and engagement (frequency) for your audience and The LEGO Group, including new products and themes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to align owned/earned/shared/paid activities towards sales and brand impact.
* Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adapt brand strategies as needed.
* Manage external agency partners and foster collaboration with internal agencies.
* Oversee external partnership relationships as required by brand responsibilities.

Business & Project Management

* Plan and manage budgets and financials for marketing campaigns.
* Develop retailer strategies with the sales team and support key account sell-in of marketing programs.
* Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement corrective actions.
* Work with sales and key customers to provide insights that drive performance.
* Develop pricing strategies aligned with UK/Ireland brand strategies.
* Coordinate with Regional, Global & BU teams for integrated planning.

Responsible for driving LEGO's mission to inspire and develop future builders in UK & Ireland, creating innovative strategies and strengthening brand demand and image among target consumers and shoppers.

What we look for:

* Experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing, preferably with top-tier FMCG, Entertainment, Fashion, or Health & Beauty companies.
* Strong business acumen: managing budgets, demand forecasts, and performance tracking; familiar with reporting systems like IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Circana.
* Proven experience in running complex marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL) and managing multiple agencies and in-store activities.
* Excellent analytical skills to leverage data for business results.
* Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
* Ability to build and operate networks internally and externally.
* Strategic and learning agility to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
