Job SummaryAs a leader within our Network Pricing team, you will help set effective drug pricing within provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees. You will analyze and optimize pricing strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, manage pricing models, and support pricing operations to achieve measurable outcomes.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport analysis of pricing data to generate insights that inform business and pricing decisions.Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into analytical tasks or reporting needs.Help maintain and enhance existing pricing models under guidance from senior team members.Perform data validation, testing, and basic troubleshooting of pricing models and outputs.Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, or reports to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.Identify inefficiencies in existing pricing workflows and support improvements or automation initiatives.Work with senior analysts to help deploy updates to pricing tools or reports.Track and report on network pricing metrics and KPIs to help measure performance.Continuously learn the fundamentals of network pricing and the PBM business, sharing knowledge within the team.Required QualificationsProven experience in an analytical or data‑focused role (e.g., data analysis, business analysis, finance support).Demonstrated basic to intermediate SQL skills, with experience querying structured datasets.Proven working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.Proven experience creating reports or dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Proven ability to manage tasks independently with support and guidance.Preferred QualificationsUndergraduate degree in a numerical or analytical subject (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).Proven experience explaining analytical results to non‑technical audiences.Demonstrated familiarity with cloud data tools or platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks).Proven exposure to regulated or data‑intensive industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, or Telco.Key Skill AttributesDemonstrated solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.Possesses a willingness to learn and take on increasingly complex tasks.Demonstrated clear and professional communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Additional RequirementsYou must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are applying.
