The role of the quality QC analyst is to to ensure the accurate and timely analysis and disposition of raw materials and manufactured products in accordance with PepsiCo standards and procedures.
The QC analyst is a key role within the Pepsico operations team and should have the following qualities: Good organizational, planning and project management skills.

Prepare all production, delivery, and issue samples in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and effective issue resolution and communication.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as required.
Maintain all relevant records and samples in an organised system for quick and effective access to information with a particular focus on traceability.
Adhere to safe lab practices and GLP.
Responsible for the testing and release of raw materials, semi-finished and finished concentrate materials Flexible regarding priority changes.
Support the quality analyst with troubleshooting issues.
A requirement of this role is that all PepsiCo Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
Essential criteria Qualification in engineering or any science stream (desired - materials, packaging, chemistry, or food discipline).
Knowledge and technical understanding of quality and food safety would be ideal.
Capable of planning, executing, and delivering projects within specified time frames.
Fluent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

An understanding of SAP and LIMS would be desirable
