The company is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in AI-driven software development to help guide the next phase of innovation within their platform.
This individual will play a central role in designing and delivering intelligent AI-powered capabilities, including systems built around Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent-based workflows. The role involves providing architectural direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.
Candidates should have strong experience delivering real-world AI systems at scale, rather than proof-of-concept implementations, and should be comfortable working with modern AI frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for AI initiatives across the engineering team.
Design and implement LLM-powered applications and agent-based AI workflows to enhance intelligent automation capabilities.
Translate emerging AI research, tools, and frameworks into reliable, secure, and scalable production systems.
Contribute to the overall software architecture and engineering strategy for the platform.
Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
Promote engineering best practices, ensuring strong standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Lead the technical design and implementation of AI-driven product enhancements.
Support technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.
Mentor developers and provide technical coaching and guidance within the team.
Participate in hiring and onboarding new engineers, helping maintain the strength of the engineering team.
Monitor new developments in AI, machine learning, and software engineering, providing guidance on relevant technologies.
Contribute to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and internal engineering forums.
Core Technical Requirements:
7+ years experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software architecture roles.
Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI development tools.
Expertise in designing and orchestrating agent-based AI workflows and multi-step LLM pipelines.
Advanced understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and LLM behaviour.
Experience building robust, scalable AI-powered applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams.
Cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS or similar)
Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Version control and DevOps tools (Git)
