* Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for the technical execution of switchgear skid projects from initial design through production.
* Design Execution: Ensure timely delivery of detailed system designs that meet or exceed quality requirements.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
* Customer Interface: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
