Guest Services Assistant

Start every break with a warm welcome
From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing
Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
Answering questions by phone and in person
Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours
We have various part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 10pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 or 120 hours over a 4-week period.
You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes weekends and bank holidays
Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About you
Friendly, confident and clear when communicating
Comfortable with booking systems (or happy to learn)
Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
